We partner with organisations to run a mentorship programme for new entrant financial planners and advisers who wish to accelerate their growth and increase their chances of being successful in the industry. This programme is a 12-month programme and is designed using a blend of Experiential Learning and Project-based Learning Theories.

Experiential Learning Theory is a theory that has been championed by David Kolb based on the works of other theorists and psychologists. It is based on the concept of a learning theory with practice. Rather than memorising things, experiential learning is a more critical reflection and hands-on learning style.

Project-based learning is an approach to instruction that is derived from the idea that learners should be doing a task to aid in the learning process. It helps develop a deeper understanding through reality-based scenarios.
